Job summary

Senior Helpers North Metro in Minnesota is seeking caregivers to support seniors in their homes across Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Champlin, Circle Pines, Elk River, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Otsego, Ramsey and surrounding areas.

If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, we’d love for you to have the opportunity to join our team. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with a focus on compassionate in-home care and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and compassionate caregiver committed to seniors' well-being.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better assist clients.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs as assigned; may include personal hygiene and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; engage in client hobbies and conversations.
• Perform household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and tidying.
• Enjoy and bring a positive attitude to your work with North Metro caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activates of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned; maybe include assistance with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation, building a rapport and participating in client hobbies or activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry support or general tidying up around the home.
• Have fun and enjoy your time as a North Metro Caregiver.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate - you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• Valid driver's license, reliable and insured transportation
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, medical and nursing assistance and/or certification as a CNA/HHA/PCA.
