Job summary

Continuum of St. Louis is seeking experienced, compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients across St. Charles County and Greater St.

Louis. If you value meaningful relationships and flexible shifts, we'd love to connect with you. As a Continuum Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

• Communicating effectively with families and the care team

Caregiver Requirements:

• Previous home care or caregiving experience required

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers using assistive devices
