Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, helping with skill-building activities and community outings. The role emphasizes support, encouragement, and compassionate care to improve personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available with a focus on reliability, communication, and adherence to care plans. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
