Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring caregivers with no prior healthcare experience. You’ll start earning $18.00 per hour from day one and we’ll sponsor your Certified Nursing Assistant class.

Once you pass the state exam your pay rises to $22.00 per hour and continues to advance each year. You'll be supported on the floor by experienced CNAs and nurses, with a plan to raise wages up to $27.00/hr and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage along with paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and transfer at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable and eager to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as meals, grooming, and mobility.
• Attend CNA class provided and obtain certification within months.
• Learn on the floor alongside CNAs and nurses.
• Maintain a positive attitude and treat residents with dignity.
