Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND is hiring CNAs to support residents and work closely with nursing and therapy teams.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, and follow care plans, documenting care, and maintaining residents' dignity as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift and transfer at least 50 lbs
• CPR/BLS a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking
• Follow each resident's care plan and let the nurse know when something changes
• Chart care accurately and on time

Pay: $22.00–$27.00/hr based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring CNAs. You're the person our residents see most and count on most. We care for long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, and our CNAs work side by side with nursing and therapy every shift.
