Job summary

Home Instead is seeking dependable caregivers to provide overnight support and companionship to seniors in their homes. The 9 PM to 7 AM shift offers meaningful, part-time work with a schedule that fits after-hours availability.

Wage is $11–$13 per hour, with qualifications including a valid driver’s license, transportation, and a background check. Flexible weekends are preferred to maximize shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Available for 2-3 overnight shifts per week and weekends preferably.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care and companionship to seniors to keep them safe and comfortable.
• Ensure seniors feel safe, cared for and supported throughout the night.
• Be awake and alert during 9 PM–7 AM shift and communicate any needs to the team.

Wage: $11-13/Hour (based on client type and Experience Level - Nursing or CNA certification)

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working overnight hours while remaining awake and alert throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to working scheduled shifts consistently.
• Available for 2-3 overnight shifts each week.
• Available to work either Saturday or Sunday overnight.
• The more availability you're able to provide, the more opportunities we'll have to match you with available shifts.

Applicants Must Meet All Of The Following

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Car Insurance or be listed on insurance as a Driver
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a Background Check, DMV Check and Drug Screening
• Enjoy working with the elderly
• Weekend Availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred for at least one shift.
