Job summary

Home Instead in El Paso, TX is looking for Morning Care Professionals to cover 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shifts. These part‑time roles fit 2–3 days per week to help seniors start their day safely and comfortably.

As a caregiver, you provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, following each client’s care plan with support from our office team. We offer weekly pay, uniform, training, and ongoing helpful benefits that celebrate your dedication to helping seniors

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.

Morning Shifts Available!

We have morning shifts currently available with start times of 7 AM - 3 PM. Great shifts for 2-3 days per week to assist with additional income! Start Their Day. Make Their Day. For many older adults, having a familiar and caring person there in the morning can mean everything.

As a Morning Care Professional with Home Instead, you'll work independently to provide the support they need to start their day safely and comfortably, providing the personal care and support they need.

Position Available

Part-Time | Morning Shifts

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Most caregivers work 2-3 days per week with consistent, predictable hours (12-25 hours/week).

Pay: $11-$12/hour based on client care needs.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Every client is unique, and not all shifts are exactly alike. Some clients simply enjoy companionship, conversation, meal preparation, or light housekeeping, while offering additional support with personal care, such as dressing, bathing, or personal hygiene. We provide and review client's care plans, so you know what to expect. You'll also have the support of our office team whenever questions arise - we're a phone call away.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Current auto insurance or listed as a driver on the policy
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a Background check, DMV check, and Drug Screening
• Weekend Availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred for at least one shift.
