Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caring Part-Time caregiver for evening shifts in the Westside of El Paso. Work 12-25 hours per week, 2-3 days, with some weekend availability. Compensation is $11-$13/hour, with weekly pay and benefits like paid training and mileage reimbursement.

You'll support local seniors with companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping, guided by care plans and backed by our supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Current auto insurance or listed as a driver on policy.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Must pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Weekend availability preferred for at least one shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning.
• Help with light housekeeping and errands.
• Follow care plans and communicate with office team.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Every client is unique, and not all shifts are exactly alike. Some clients simply enjoy companionship, conversation, meal preparation, or light housekeeping, while offering additional support with personal care, such as dressing, bathing, or personal hygiene.

We provide and review client's care plans, so you know what to expect. You'll also have the support of our office team whenever questions arise - we're a phone call away.
