Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults in our community. We provide a variety of non‑medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Overnight Shift Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Treating clients and their homes with respect and dignity
• Communicating with clients in a friendly and positive manner

Requirements

Shifts Available

We offer a variety of shifts to fit different lifestyles, but we are especially seeking Care Professionals for awake overnight shifts, typically starting at 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, or 10 PM. Overnight shifts are 12‑hour increments, but hours and shift lengths are flexible to accommodate your schedule.
