Job summary

AdvisaCare in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care. You’ll deliver one-on-one support, build trusted relationships, and help clients stay safe at home with respect and compassion.

Responsibilities include bathing assistance, transfers, ADLs, light housekeeping, and driving if needed. Qualifications include High School diploma or GED, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. We offer flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and personal care.
• Perform slide board transfers and ADLs.
• Range of motion exercises (~15 minutes).
• Assist with commode and light housekeeping tasks.
• Support client with cooking and home needs as needed.
• Drive handicap van as required.

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Grand Rapids/Alto and surrounding areas!

Caregiver would be responsible for:

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
