Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) in the Grand Rapids/Alto area to provide compassionate in-home care. You will work 1-on-1 with clients, offering time to talk, listen, and help in the comfort of their home.

We offer shift work, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment where care is delivered one person at a time.

Qualifications

• CPR certification or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel within service area and work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing and ADLs.
• Slide board transfers and mobility support.
• Range of Motion exercises (~15 minutes) per client.
• Commode assistance and basic personal care.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance as needed.
• Transportation duties using client or agency vehicle.

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Grand Rapids/Alto and surrounding areas!

Caregiver would be responsible for:

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
