AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas. Enjoy a calmer setting with one client, focused attention, and meaningful, patient-centered support.

We welcome reliable individuals with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel within the service area. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered along with benefits for eligible hourly staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers and positioning.
• Provide bath assistance as needed.
• Catheter care as required.
• Accompany client to appointments.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Travel within service area as needed.

Caregiver Responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation

• Able to work independently with integrity
