Qualifikationen

• Reliable transportation to serve clients in-home.
• CPR certification required for in-home care.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

• Assist client with ADLs.
• Transfers and positioning as needed.
• Bathing and personal care as required.
• Light housework (changing sheets, sweeping, mopping).
• Accompany client to appointments when needed.

Caregiver Responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
