Caregiver/CNA Overnights Private In-Home Care

Part-time $20-$21 (based on experience/availability)

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma
2. Licensed driver with clean driving record and adherence to RNS’ safety policy
3. Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state/RNS' policy
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
6. Daily access to RNS’ email
7. Knowledge of the English language
8. Complete all physical and mental demands for the position described.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides care agreed upon by client/client’s family and RNS case manager.
2. Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation, and errands as needed for client. Work with pets when necessary.
3. Comply with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, and weekend and holiday availability policies.
4. CPR certified or completion within 90 days of hire.
5. TB test (current) or within 90 days of hire
6. Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacements.
