Position: Caregiver or CNA Overnight Private Home Care

Location: Kansas City area

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr, based on experience and availability

Type: Part-time, with no sleeping policy during overnight shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Licensed driver with a clean record and vehicle that is insured
• Reliable transportation and cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
• Access to email and proficiency in English
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed with clients and RNS case managers
• Assist with activities of daily living, monitor clients with Alzheimer’s & dementia, vital signs, patient transfers, fall risk management, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication and pain management, transportation, and errands
• Follow company policies including HIPAA, dress code, and scheduling policies
• Maintain CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire) and current TB test (or complete within 90 days)
• Work all assigned shifts and arrange replacements as needed
