TheKey is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead and mentor our caregiver team delivering home-based aging care. You will ensure high-quality service, coordinate staffing, and maintain compliance across client plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Proficient in documenting notes accurately in the system.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support.
• Coach, counsel, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules and coverage.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with standards and state regulations.
• Facilitate ongoing caregiver training and licensing adherence.
• Maintain caregiver/client records and scheduling data.
• Review payroll and approve timekeeping for payroll processing.
• Document client concerns and report trends to management.
• Manage retention initiatives and workers’ compensation processes.
