Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate CAREgivers to support seniors in their homes in Sumter, SC. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and meaningful companionship while following care plans and safety guidelines.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), pay between $14 and $16 per hour, and benefits including health coverage and a 401K. Join a team that values empathy and reliable, caring service.

Formación

• 6 months caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements

Responsabilidades

• Personal support: help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs
• Safe mobility: assist with movement and transfers (hoyer lifts, gait belts)
• Homemaking & meal prep: light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
• Engagement & care: companionship, medication reminders, and dementia care
• Reliable support for clients: run errands and provide transportation

Your Role as a CAREgiver:

• Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs

What We Need from You as a Caregiver:

• Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Experience: 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!)
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements
