Job summary

Chateau Retirement in Renton, WA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and light housekeeping while following care plans and documenting services.

A CNA/HCA license and English proficiency are required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred. The role offers full-time evening and day shifts, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a family-like environment.

• Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21
• Wage: $22 - $27 per hour
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 3pm-11pm (Evening Shift)
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm (day shift)

A Day in the Life

• Assist residents with their activities of daily living as outlined by their care plan
• Light housekeeping as outlined by the resident’s care plan
• Document all ADL services provided
• Answer pendent calls promptly and take appropriate action
• Escort residents to meals and activities as assigned

Requirements

• Active HCA/CNA license
• Previous experience working with the elderly a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will send to class if not current)
• Must pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
