Job summary

AllCare HomeCare, LLC. is seeking a dependable Caregiver Office Administrative Assistant to provide caregiver coverage and support office duties. Primary focus is covering shifts and ensuring client care.

The role trains in client care coordination, scheduling, documentation, and caregiver recruitment, with regular in-person visits to client homes. There is potential to convert to FT Case Coordinator. This is not remote; in-person presence is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or home care experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts as needed.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and reliable care to clients per care plans.
• Follow each client's care plan and established instructions.
• Assist clients with daily living activities as assigned.
• Maintain accurate caregiver documentation.
• Communicate client needs and changes to office staff.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Be flexible to meet staffing needs.
