Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Care Manager (CNA) in Selbyville, DE. Use your compassion to provide warm personal care, support, and companionship to residents in our community.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in residents’ needs, update care plans, and encourage participation in community programs and activities. This is a full-time role with benefits. A CNA certification and a high school diploma are required. We offer health insurance, 401(k) and PTO.
