Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a caring Care Manager (CNA) to support residents at our Brandywine Senior Living community in Alabama. You will deliver warm personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain individual care plans to enhance well-being.

As part of our team, you will participate in community programs, collaborate with teammates, and grow professionally through immersive training and hands-on learning experiences.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and love for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Update and maintain each resident's Care Plan as needs change.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.50 Hourly
