Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a caring Care Manager to join our Brandywine Senior Living community in New Jersey. You will provide warm personal care, engage with residents, and support day-to-day activities with compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Positive attitude and love for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.50 Hourly
