Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in La Grange, KY is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general, non-certified routine services under supervision for our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, hygiene, and meal service, while responding promptly to call lights and supporting residents' comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
