Position Overview

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care, and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and preparing unoccupied beds.
• Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living, such as hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming.
• Assist with all aspects of meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Check on residents who are unable to call for help frequently.
• Assist clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., checking sitting position, hydration).
• Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE (preferred).
• 0–1 year(s) of relevant experience (preferred).
