Job summary

Century Ridge Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/Caregiver for the night shift. This full-time role involves caring for residents, responding to calls, assisting with personal care, and helping with meals and activities to maintain resident comfort and safety.

• Provide nighttime assistance to residents as needed
• Answer call lights and respond to emergencies
• Assist residents with morning showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene and assistance needs
• Administer as needed medications to residents
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry
• Participate in meal preparation and set up

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent attendance and work ethic
• CBRF certifications required
• Ability to work independently
