Job summary

North Ridge Memory Care is seeking a compassionate night-shift caregiver to support residents in memory care. You will assist with personal care, monitor safety, and promote independence while fostering meaningful connections within a loving environment.

Join a team dedicated to resident well-being and professional growth, with training and mentorship provided to help you thrive on the 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or memory care experience preferred
• Patient and resident-centered mindset
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and protection to residents in assisted living
• Support independence while offering the right level of assistance
• Promote well-being through meaningful relationships and a compassionate environment
