Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning Care Assistant to support a private adult client at home in the Lee’s Summit/S. Blue Springs area. This role emphasizes dignity, organization, and consistent care in a private in-home setting.

You will assist with personal care, transfers, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and medication reminders. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong bedside manner.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning Care Assistant Needed – Private In-Home Care (N. Lee’s Summit/S. Blue Springs Area).

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM and/or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available for the right fit.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely and consistently

• Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
