Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a caring Caregiver to assist seniors in a senior living facility. You will help with ADLs, follow ISP, document updates, and promote safety while engaging residents through conversations and activities.

The role emphasizes memory care support and clear communication with families and care teams. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes while promoting safety.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support memory care with enriching experiences for memory loss.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
