Job summary

Westmont Living in Escondido, CA seeks compassionate caregivers for Memory Care. Positions include Sunday-Monday AM and Friday-Saturday PM shifts, with additional Sunday-Wednesday PM coverage. Join a caring team dedicated to quality senior care in an enhanced living environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass health screen (Physical, TB, Drug test)
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing and undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation as per resident service plan
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
