Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Administer and observe medications per policy, document accurately, and report concerns promptly.
• Monitor resident conditions and changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to call bells and security systems.
• Communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff about care needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
