Job summary

Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care in Greenville, MI is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide comfort, safety, and supervision to residents, including medication administration and daily living support.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to physician orders, and teamwork within a great on-site team environment. Training will prioritize resident-centered care and reliability on second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in service plans.
• Answer resident call lights, door and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Complete daily charting and documentation as required.
