Job summary

Bridgeway Park Canton Senior Living Community in Michigan is under new management and expanding its compassionate care team for residents, including those with dementia. We seek dedicated professionals who can provide hands-on, respectful support and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

The 2nd shift runs from 3 PM to 11 PM, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Administer medications and injections per medical charts.
• Maintain a clean environment; light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Complete documentation and charting of care.
• Answer call lights and assess residents' needs.
• Support team members with duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
