Sunrise Senior Living in Westfield, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and companionship. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
