Clarity Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring Direct Support Professionals for residential group homes in Oshkosh and Green Bay. You will assist Members with daily activities, meals, personal care and community outings to promote independence.

No experience needed; paid training provided. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts with weekend premium; earn up to $18/hour plus $1 weekend premium, with benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, retirement, PTO and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and daily activities.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using appropriate techniques.
• Encourage independent choices and skill development.
• Prepare meals and follow dietary needs; keep home clean and organized.
• Accompany Members to social activities and community events.
• Document care and communicate updates to supervisors.
