Job summary

Clarity Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals for residential group homes in Oshkosh and Green Bay. You will support Members with daily activities, meals, and community activities, promoting independence and dignity.

Paid training is provided; no prior experience required. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with a weekend premium; driving is part of the role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• No experience or certifications required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and daily activities per care plans.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Encourage Members to make choices and develop skills toward personal goals.
• Prepare meals and follow individual dietary needs; maintain a clean, comfortable home.
• Support Members to participate in social activities and community events.
