Clarity Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist Members in Oshkosh and Green Bay, WI. You’ll help with daily living activities, meals, and community participation, in a supportive home environment.

Paid training provided; no experience required. Competitive starting pay up to $18/hour, with a $1/hour weekend premium and flexible FT/PT shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiving-minded with the ability to follow care plans.
• Basis of daily living support including hygiene and meals.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting per care plans.
• Provide mobility and transfer support using safe techniques.
• Help with meals, housekeeping, laundry and daily routines.
• Accompany Members to activities and community events.
• Document care updates and follow safety procedures.
