Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for residential group homes in Oshkosh and Green Bay. You will help Members with daily activities, promote independence, and participate in community outings with a compassionate team.

No prior caregiving experience required; paid training is provided. We offer full-time and part-time roles, flexible shifts, a $1/hour weekend premium, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities per individual plans.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and daily activities.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using appropriate techniques.
• Support independence and help Members meet personal goals.
• Prepare meals, do housekeeping, laundry and home upkeep.
• Accompany Members to social activities and community events.
• Document and communicate updates on Member care.
