New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Lead to work with all caregivers, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance skills and service quality. You will lead the customer service experience and uphold the Company’s mission and collaborative team model.

Qualifications

• Top-performing caregiver experience.
• Working knowledge of electronic health record and ability to teach caregivers to document in residents’ electronic health record.
• Aptitude to nurture, coach, and inspire caregivers to develop target skills, knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and support Company cultural norms.
• Ability to prioritize and teach caregivers to prioritize tasks and work responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members on job assignments and provide coaching for target skills and customer service excellence.
• Trains and assists staff to perform caregiver tasks and build trusting relationships with residents.
• Provides real-time training and constructive feedback on performance opportunities.
• Ensures staff attend orientation, town hall, Relias and training requirements.
• Collaborates with Coordinator to report on team progress and development needs.
• Demonstrates leadership by adhering to Company policies while caregiving duties.
