Caring Senior Service in Waco, Texas, is urgently hiring a Caregiver Lead to support and mentor our caregiving team while delivering high-quality, meaningful care to clients. This role offers 16.00-18.00 USD per hour with bi-weekly pay and weekend availability.

As a Caregiver Lead, you will mentor fellow caregivers, provide meaningful client care, and help build a rewarding caregiving career with opportunities for longer shifts and more hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Must be 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll help make a meaningful difference by:

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of caregiving experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
• Must be 18+ years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Weekend Availability Required

Must be available to work weekends when needed.
