Job summary

Caring Senior Service of Waco is hiring Weekend Caregivers to help seniors stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

You'll provide companionship, assist with personal care, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, remind about medications, and help with mobility and transportation. Weekend availability, compassion, and reliability are essential; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team.
