Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Waco, TX is seeking a Lead Caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA to join our leadership team. The role combines hands-on client care with scheduling, training, and office coordination.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of caregiving experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible on-call availability, reliable transportation, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience preferred, including lead roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including on-call, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Pay: $16–$18/hr | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

Your Role

As a Lead Caregiver, you will:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one client care as needed
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
• Help onboard, train, and support new caregivers
• Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
• Answer calls and assist with day‑to‑day office coordination
• Help maintain quality and consistency of client care
• Assist with urgent or last‑minute coverage when needed
• Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience preferred, including experience as a Lead Caregiver, Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant/Aide, HHA, or PCA
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
• Flexible availability, including on‑call, nights, and weekends
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
