Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at our West Lafayette facility. The role provides non-certified routine services and supports residents while pursuing CNA training.

You’ll assist with meals, housekeeping, and personal care under state guidelines, while delivering companionship and responsive resident interactions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Interest in pursuing CNA training and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and engaging residents in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification (C.N.A).
