Job summary

Hummingbird Home Care is hiring caregivers for day, evening, and weekend shifts to support clients in their own homes on Cleveland's east side. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care, assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and transport to appointments as needed.

Shifts include daytime, evenings, and weekends, with pay up to $20/hour based on experience and a $450 hiring bonus. Training and supportive, family-style work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation with active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers/lifting).
• Provide care for bed-bound clients.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.

Schedule Availability:

• Daytime shifts available PRN.
  (Additional daytime hours may become available over time.).
• Evening shifts typically 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (may vary).
• Weekend shifts available (hours vary).

Caregiver Responsibilities:
