BrightStar Care - Cleveland West is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care across Westside Cuyahoga County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling, steady client assignments, supportive leadership, and opportunities for career growth.

Whether you seek full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, or 12-hour shifts, we have roles to fit your schedule. RN oversight and clinical support accompany every case for your success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following client care plans.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and household organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.

Schedule Include:

• It Can be a PT, and PRN
• Different shifts are available (AM, PM, Night shift)
• Must able to work in the westside, eastside, and southwest part of cleveland.
• Shifts starts 2-12 hours in different Location

What You'll Do
