Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Lanesborough, MA and surrounding communities.

Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA or Homemaker, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and certifications. We offer flexible scheduling, day and overnight shifts, 2–12 hour options, a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and benefits such as 401(k) and health insurance.

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands When Needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
