Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring individuals to provide companionship and at‑home assistance to seniors in the Pittsburgh area. You will travel to clients’ homes, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The role offers flexible shifts and a path to training and advancement.

Caregivers help with meals, light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship, promoting independence and dignity while earning competitive hourly pay with benefits and weekly deposits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
