Job summary

Home Instead in Gainesville, VA is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide in-home support, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, grooming, and companionship. You will be paid $17.50-$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus benefits and opportunities for training.

Requirements include at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or a qualifying license), three professional references, and the ability to commit to at least two weekly shifts with the same

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have three professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
