Job summary

Home Instead in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties is seeking a Home Caregiver to provide companionship and support to seniors at home. The role offers flexible hours and weekly pay, with a caring team that helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/LPN/LVN/RN required.
• Two professional references required.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)

• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged)
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps
