Job summary

Home Instead in Davidson, NC is seeking a Home Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options.

You will be supported by a 24/7 team and have access to a mobile app for easy schedule updates. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour with weekly pay, direct deposit, and a range of benefits including paid training, holidays at 1.5x, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)
• Two professional references

Requirements

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) OR CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)
• Two professional references
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged)
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps
