Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a caregiver to support seniors at home in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties. You will provide companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

The role offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time), weekly pay, and a 24/7 support team. Training is provided, and benefits may apply based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients.
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged).
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.

• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
